
Spring is here. The weather is getting warmer, these flowers are blooming in my backyard. I made coffee cake. Life is good.
I made Sour Cream Coffee Cake for breakfast Easter morning. On a side note, whoever came up with the idea of coffee cake deserves a super prestigious honor, cake for breakfast?!?!? Brilliant!!
This has been a favorite for me since I was a kid, and while this recipe is a bit different than the recipe my mom made, it’s still super delicious, and one you’ll definitely want to try. Maybe for Mother’s Day??? Of course, if you’re a mom, don’t make it yourself…it’s your day off.
