Once again, I’d like to thank Melissa from Truly Chic Inspirations for providing us with yet another stylish post…I love the idea of throwing a Twilight themed party to celebrate the release of Breaking Dawn, Part 2!
Hey there, Twilight fans! This Halloween above any other Halloween calls for a Twilight themed bash. With the movie finale approaching us quickly I think it’s time to decorate and host a Twilight party!
Decor- As I often say, simple goes a long way. Apples, feathers, candles and wine bottles are prime items. Purchase candle sticks and let things get messy. Let the wax drip all over (covering your table of course) and set a very vampire-ish setting. Several months ago I purchased a few chess pieces from Hobby Lobby and use them as book ends for the series. Chess pieces are such a focal point for the last movie, so have fun with it and display them a multitude of ways.
Drinks- A deep red wine would be perfect to serve at a vampire dinner party or Halloween get together. Cover the wine bottle with a vampire themed label and search Etsy for printable collections.
Fashion- I LOVE the attire the model used in last years styled photo shoot. I don’t think a wedding gown would be necessary but buy some red heels, put on some jeans just as Bella would, and rock your Team Edward shirt! (No offense, Team Jacob fans).
CHIC TIP: Keep your Twilight themed Halloween party goodies and reuse them to host a movie premiere party! I can’t wait for Breaking Dawn part 2… it’s going to be bittersweet.
