Summer: A Mobile Lemonade/Iced Coffee Stand

Are your kids looking for something fun to do to occupy the long, summer days? When a boy in our neighborhood gets bored during the summer, he grabs a wagon, and hits the street, (also known as our subdivision) selling everything from lemonade to snow cones. (Which honestly, is just crushed ice from his refrigerator to which he adds flavoring. Snow cones also require many trips back home as your product tends to melt in the summer months. But my kids are always excited to see him and see just what it is that he’s selling!) So, when I was approached by International Delights about doing a lemonade/iced coffee stand, I knew that I wanted to create one that was mobile!

I chose to create a fun, girly stand for my sweet little delivery girl. The yellow and white color palate is accented with pops of red, perfect for summer!

Plastic containers for your beverages are a perfect choice if your driver happens to get a little wild!

I came up with a fun dessert recipe that utilizes this drink that is light and perfect for summer. The coffee flavor is there but it is subtle. I could honestly just eat the filling by itself and I highly recommend it as a fruit dip. Yum!
