Happy 100th Birthday, Oreos!

Today, over on Mixing Mavens, Sandy is sharing a delicious recipe for White Chocolate Birthday Cake Fudge using the new Birthday Cake Oreos.  (Have you tried them? They’re absolutely addicting!) Oreos are responsible for many great snacks in my life, and probably more than a few pounds on my hips…but every bite has been worth it.  Yum!

I’m kind of obsessed with raspberry right now. Maybe it’s because Valentine’s Day is coming up, maybe it’s because of the Raspberry Beret cupcake I had this weekend, but for some reason, I’m really loving it right now.  This recipe is simple, doesn’t take a ton of ingredients, and looks very appropriate for your Valentine’s Day celebrating!

Easy Chocolate Chip Truffles

Today, on the Mixing Mavens, I’m sharing a super easy recipe for making truffles that are perfect for the holidays.  I chose to make Mint Chocolate Truffles, but if you aren’t a mint fan, you can easily substitute regular chocolate chips.  What a perfect addition to your holiday baking!
