A GORGEOUS OUTDOOR TABLESCAPE

I love looking to wedding decorations as an inspiration for creative tablescapes.  Now that brides and grooms are incorporating their own personal style and interests, it makes for a great place to search for creative inspiration that we can use in our own homes!

Just look at these amazing pictures I came across on love made me do it.  It’s an older post, but the vintage feel of this tablescape makes that party feel as if it was today, or maybe years ago.

Some cues that we could take from this display to use in our own homes would be vintage, casual, cozy, and simple.  There’s nothing in this picture that’s over-the-top complicated.  I love the books tied together with striped ribbon.  The flowers look as if they were picked from a nearby field, which lends itself to a welcoming feel!

I love how the wine bottles are placed on the tables for guests to help themselves…this is something to remember for the next time you’re entertaining! Also, the chalkboard placecards! Simple, easy, and creative!

I love these stamped napkins! This appears to be squares of fabric, trimmed with pinking shears, and then hand stamped with fabric paint.  What a great idea and a simple DIY project!

So, the next time you’re deciding what to do with your dining room tablescape, look no further than Pinterest and all of the gorgeous wedding inspiration pictures.  I know it’s what I’m currently doing in my own home! (Pictures of that are coming soon!)
