If you’re a Starbucks lover, you’re certainly familiar with their Peppermint Mocha’s that are available at Christmastime.  When I came across this recipe for Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes on Pinterest this evening, I knew it would be a perfect way to round out Christmas in July week around here.
