An Old Fashioned Chocolate Soda

Today, my daughter and I spent a good part of the day watching old, black and white TV shows on Netflix.  Aside from her asking about 50 times, “What color do you think everything ACTUALLY is in this show?” we both wondered exactly what was inside these Chocolate Sodas that everyone from the 50s apparently enjoyed?

So, I went online and found a recipe that seems easy, and I can only imagine that it tastes pretty good, too! I found several websites claiming that this recipe was the favorite of Mr. Walt Disney himself…if it was good enough for him, it is DEFINITELY good enough for me!
